Indoor use engines are required to have a positive safety shut off

Intake vacuum is needed to operate the 1501 L Microvac Switch

This Engine has a plastic spacer between the carburetor and intake manifold

We removed the spacer and drilled and tapped it for our intake vacuum

We removed the bolts and spacer from the intake

Then we drilled a hole in the spacer

Then tapped the threads using an 8 32 tap

Then installed the vacuum fitting

Reinstall the spacer, carburetor, and propane adapter

Install the 12 volt solenoid to the intake port of the Beam T60

Install the Microvac Switch using the wiring diagram included with the 1501 L

Install the vacuum hose from the 1501 L Microvac Switch

To the vacuum fitting in the spacer or intake manifold
